The Armageddon Expo celebrates its 20th anniversary in style with live action from Impact Pro Wrestling (IPW) and appearances from WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts this Labour Weekend.
The stars of IPW—including Australian sensation Mr Juicy—will be in action each day from 2pm.
After being teased on the IPW Facebook page, the main event for Saturday’s session has been made official. Mr Juicy joins forces with James Shaw to take on the tandem of Marcus Kool and Travis Banks in a battle for naming rights – Juicygeddon vs. Hooligeddon.
In another high-profile match, Evie challenges Megan Kate for the IPW Women’s Championship in what Evie has said will be one of her final matches in New Zealand for 2015. Can Evie dethrone her former BFF and bring the women’s title back to Team Kick?
The Armageddon Cup will also be decided as four men face off in the annual tournament. With Johnny Idol still suffering the effects of a shoulder injury and unable to compete, Ben Mana, Brook Duncan, Dal Knox and Michael Richards battle to become the next holder of the Armageddon Cup.
In addition to all the IPW action, WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts appears at Armageddon.
Roberts—often accompanied by his python, Damien—was an immensely popular WWF Superstar during the 1980s, and is credited as having invented the DDT. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.

The 2015 Auckland Armageddon Expo takes place this weekend, October 24-26, at the ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane, Auckland.
