One night before his Elimination Chamber showdown with Roman Reigns, Montreal made it clear to Sami Zayn that he isn’t alone.
Zayn returned home to Montreal’s Bell Centre for the first time in six months and was moved to tears by the response of 15,000 Candiens.
“This time of year, everybody points to one thing,” Zayn said, gesturing to the WrestleMania logo.
“Year after year, we tell everybody that that is the most important show of the whole year. And it’s true. But for me, for this city, tomorrow night is once in a lifetime!”
Zayn continued: “Tomorrow night is not just Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn, tomorrow night is Roman Reigns vs. Sami Zayn and the entire city of Montreal!”
Even with counsel from Paul Heyman, Solo Sikoa, and/or The Usos, Reigns seems sure to find himself severely outnumbered at Elimination Chamber.
