Sommet Sports a new Freeview channel will be playing TNA Impact on a 3 month trial. This channel is only available through Freeview HD (aerial only) and will not be on SKY.

If you read the comments on their Facebook page they said - "We are going to trial it for 3 months" in response to a question about getting TNA Impact.

Not all freeview channels are pre-advertised. Few channels we picked up way before announced. Think NZ's advertising has gone to the crapper. But yay! TNA om freeview!!!

Assume Jords means hasnt a tv with a digital tuner, thus doesnt have freeview. Figure not be much good ( outside of Sky etc.) once switch over is complete.

I just caught the last episode of Impact to screen on the Box. I had it series-linked and used to fast-forward through every episode to keep up with what is going on. This is more than I do with WWE.

So for me it's a loss. I was keeping up with the storylines and was enjoying the Aces and Eights angle and wrestlers like Roode, Kaz, Daniels, Joesph Park, AJ etc who I hadn't seen in WWE.

So this new channel cannot be seen on Sky? That's no help to me.

This is pretty much what i started to do towards the end, stopped to watch the things of interest..........not just the "Christy Cams" BTW.

I actually do this with Smackdown quite a bit these days too, not so much RAW, but yeh :?
