That is absolutely freakish. And I'm sure he just planned on a time to give it his all and make a record that looks impossible to beat. I mean at the Olympics the guy looked like he was barely trying and still smashed the record time. Absolutely amazing freak of a man.

When I was younger I wanted pythons like the hulkster so I got the Hulk Hogan weight set, it came with a jump rope a poster and a barbell with about 40 lbs in blue concrete filled weights.
I don't have 24 inch pythons, the set didn't work.

Just saw the highlights package. Props to big Val! another gold medal.


Usain just destroys everyone with his massive stride length, it's almost unfair - his legs are too long!

Nice to see Dwain Chambers there. He's been around for a while. Gay actually ran the race of his life to finish a distant second.


Can't wait to see Usain destroy in the 200! :shock:

Impossible considering it won a gold medal at the World Championships by a considerable margin.


That 200m run by Bolt was ridiculous. But incredibly, the guy who got the silver ran 19.81 and he is just 19 years old. It breaks the record for fastest time ever by a 19 year old, previously held by Bolt. And he became the youngest ever to medal in that event.

Wonder if he will kick on?
