I know a couple of others have also had issues lately with logging on and posting, and not just in the middle of Survivor clusterfucks. It takes AGES to post even simple posts a lot of the time, I hit post and then go away and do a couple of other things before trying to look at something else on the forum. It's also not a cluttered and cookied computer because I have more trouble after a quick cleanout, and I have issues at work as well as at home, only with the forum. 's anything up with that??

I think MOD has been feeling a little left out & neglected of late. No flame wars to put out, zero pissing contests to judge and most of all no Dion to help clean out Mods cage.
Maybe the gremlins that are corrupting the forum flow are in fact MOD screaming for attention.

I tried to find a way around posting lag issues by switching to chrome, but still the loading issues continued.
I blame Vince for not pushing the cruiser weights.

We're on a shared Server, so sometimes it will glitch and there's pretty much nothing we can do. I usually copy everything I write in a post before I hit submit, in case it bugs out, so I don't have to type it all again if it does.

Yeah, that's pretty much a longtime habit here, too.

"403 Error - Forbidden

Whassupwiththat? Was able to post on David's Sting interview thread just before, and have been able to post this reply (assuming it does reply and doesn't go to above stupid page).

It's only happened to me a couple of times recently about 3 weeks ago, but can't for the life of me recalling getting that error in recent years?

Well I've just tried posting sections of it in the other thread now, but only letting me post small portion of what I wrote up (copied into notepad). Seems to be restricting amount of text, but definitely way under the 60000 characters that is the limit as per that message over there <- when posting reply.

Anyone else get this? Am I the only one? What am I doing wrong? Only seems to be slightly longer than normal messages (like 10 lines on my screen at around 150-200 characters per line), and not even that sometimes (e.g. trying to edit a post with just an extra line), mere fraction of the apparent 60K word limit? Also happens with PMs to? IDON'TKNOWBILLY!!!!! Question Mark? Ellipsis....

That reminds me, I remember this one time a mate and me were on K Road after having been to a manly (not to be confused with Manly) rock concert at Kings Arms, and we popped into a quiet bar for a quiet drink. After ordering a manly beer, some guy came over and put a numbered sticker on each of our shirts, then when we asked what was going on, got a very camp response along the lines of "oh, everyone gets a number, and if you see someone you want to get to know, just go up to them and say I LIKE YOU #42" (that was my number). To which I replied "Oh, OK", then we both downed our beer in record time and went back to the comfort of a heavy metal bar.
