Does anyone else think South Africa let them come back to put everyone into a false sence of security?

No. I think too many people under-rate Aussie and most people are making a bigger deal over this South Africa situation than they should.

*Agrees with Aussies shirts are gay comment*

They just weren't fit enough.

They played well though. Considering their top 20 players have been left at home and all.

Which player are you talking about? What number?

I don't know.

It's so pointless anyway, SA not sending their best players. One of many reasons why Rugby is dieing.

so rugby is dieing because SA didnt want to risk their better players getting injury just months out from the world cup?

No, because every team is always afraid to field their best players. I don't care if it's months before the World Cup. Might as well not have these matches then, that'll be better then having pointless matches that don't mean anything.

 Yeah I play club rugby with him. He's quick as hell. Looks way older than he actually is though. He came on off the bench for us yesterday against Old boys and single handedly saved our arses against them.

 Awesome. Hope he gets in the Air New Zealand Cup squad, he looks promising.

Great game last night, Leonard should be first choice halfback, his passing was bullet like and support play good as you would of seen when he scored that try.

If that is SA's crap team, the All Blacks better sort their shit out. They were lucky they ran those late tries in. Toeava looks so out of place it's not funny. We need a centre, real bad. I sadly can't see Mulaina starting either. Weepu should never start again, nor should Thorne. Unfortunately Mealamu did not play that great either.

Evans and Leonard were great when they came on from the bench, they'll never get a start though I don't think. Maybe Evans will at Fullback, but that's his best shot.

What a brilliant game of Rugby Football. Some brilliant penalties at the breakdown, superb reset scrums and UNBELIEVBLE injury breaks.

8/10. Great game.

Backs: Sosene Anesi, David Bason, Stephen Donald, William Ripia, Roimata Hansell-Pune, Dwayne Sweeney, Watene Waenga, Jackson Willison, Roy Kinikinilau, Jared Payne, James Kamana.

Players unavailable for selection due to All Blacks committments at this stage are Mils Muliaina, Byron Kelleher, Keith Robinson, Sitiveni Sivivatu and Brendon Leonard.

Looks like Kamana got in Psyico. Pretty cool that you played along side a Air New Zealand Cup player.

That's getting a little excited dont ya think?

I was talking to a mate during the game and he pointed out that maybe Henry is using the fact we seem to peak to early World Cup year, so he's manipulating each one of these games to help time their run.

Ofcourse....that's just a theory.

That holds up too with the fact we have not played our "full strength" side yet.Whatever we have done in the past in World Cup year(barring 87 ofcourse) has not worked.....so who knows....maybe Henry is trying a new ploy.

Either way.....this game against Aussie will be fucking interesting.

Yep, it was a spare of the moment thing, I was just happy to see a young Waikato boy get a test try.

Anywho it may be a tough season for the Mooloo men because if you look at it there backline is nothing compared to last year.

They are missing: Hill, Leonard, Kellaher, Sivivatu, Mills, Kahui and I think thats about it. Thats nearly there whole backline from last year gone.
