So you reckon Dreamer will retire....again? Or will they give him a run and then retire?

Nice work for Swagger, I really think the kids got the legs to run the ball for a long time. Then again, I said the same thing about Brock.

So Jeff gets run off the road and Matt drops the belt, opening up his schedule heading into Mania 25.

Interesting.

I think Matt will go crazy and be the one that turns on Jeff not Christian. I also think Dreamer will defeat Swagger, how maybe MITB?

Random. Interesting enough though I guess.

Swagger still sucks. That title is definitely Bournes when he gets back.

Storyline **SPOILERS** - Hardy/Christian
Posted by: Wrestling-Radio.com

SPOILER ALERT: I can EXCLUSIVELY report that the plan is for Matt Hardy to play a prominent role in the Christian/Jeff Hardy angle which is why they took the title off him prior to RAW at the ECW taping. He'll play a major role on SD! over the next few months. ECW is also used as a 'developmental' territory of sorts so putting the title on Swagger is basically a trial to see how things go, more specifically ratings. Swagger is also undefeated so they'll have a storyline where whoever defeats him in the future will end his streak and of course take the title as well. It makes for a decent storyline although Swagger is terrible on the mic and is awfully 'green' in the ring right now. Someone obviously likes him though due to his size (cough::cough:: Vince ::cough).

Everyone always goes on about his lisp, but apart from that i've always found him pretty good on the mic. He over all presents himself well.

Although  at wrestling exclusives on these spoiler sites.

I fully support Swagger's ECW Title win.

I think the kid has a lot of talent and is lightyears ahead of any other "new talent initiative" workers they've introduced over the last year.

I don't get why people rag on Swagger's mic skills?... He has a slight lisp but since when has a minor speech impediment stopped someone. Ever heard Dusty Rhodes talk?!?

I prefer Swagger's promos to Matt Hardy's any day.

Here's hoping he does well and they let him have a good long run with the belt :D

I'd prefer a kick in the balls over a Matt Hardy promo.

I'm not really a fan of Jack... but good for him. Hopefully this'll be the downfall of ECW. That'll save the E a buck or two.

I think They've pushed Swagger a bit too early. I think he has the look of a future star, (And of a Busey family member.) but seriously, he's been on the main roster how long? And he's had feuds with whom? Tommy Dreamer and a two week feud with Ricky Ortiz? That kinda shows the lack of star power Brand 3 has.

Ortiz can fuck off!

I just like Swagger because of his amateur background which means with the right opponent he can work. I am hoping he learns from the best and becomes just as good as Angle.

Yeah, I think it would have been a safer bet for Swagger to have had a couple more feuds to further establish himself, but as you say - ECW doesn't have the star power for bigtime feuds.

Seeing Swagger squash the Boogeyman would have been nice. I hate the Boogeyman.

Seriously - WWE should have Swagger demolish Boogeyman and then fire Boogey's talentless worm-ridden ass.

As it is, Swagger will just have to run with the ball and hope he can impress management enough for them to keep pushing him as a dominant champ.

Good luck Swagger! You can do it son! :D

Wasn’t it Boogey who they fired ages ago and then he started making too much money in the indys so they got him back. Or was that someone else?

I’m probably just making this up.

I know Boogey got fired, but I'm sure the story was something like he was being lazy with his injury rehab so they fired him, but then Booker got him back and offered to help train him up in PWA while he was working in the 'E, or something like that. Either way, I'm not a big Boogeyman fan either. The gimmick has such limited shelf-life. It's like Hornswoggle- sure, he may be over with the kids, but he's just hard to suffer through from a personal stand-point.

From all reports i heard, Boogey did get fired for being lazy with rehabbing, but then was getting offers of $400 per appearance after that and the E was shocked & thought there was still money to be made off of him. So they hired him back.

He sucks.

Swagger is great. i mean, ECW is essentially a developmental with a tv deal...a good way to give exposure to new guys & get them used to big crowds. Hence, Jack is the guy to be their Champ right now.
it's only if you consider ECW to be really *important* that this should be a bother. And you shouldn't (although it's one of my favourite shows to watch...at times...because of the new guys).

Jack will be drafted to a major brand within a year or two, and have much success i hope. This title is so people can step up and take notice.

I think the only thing that could be better than Hardy winning MiTB and challenging his brother is a PPV main event down the line involving the Hardyz and Edge and Christian in another TLC match.

Interesting.

+1, 'cause brother-vs-brother always has that big feel.

Also I have a secret hope that Matt's heel turn will result in him being run out of the WWE. What, a girl can dream!

I was just checking in to see if it was worth bothering to tape the show. I see no.
