Well the superbowl is almost upon us (11 hours to go!!). Who's gonna watch it? Who do you want to win/think will win?

I so want the Cardinals to win. That was rule. But I think the Steelers should do it easy :( Their defense is just too good I think. It depends if Warner has time in the pocket or not. Plus I think Big Ben is gonna have too much time to pick the Cardinals secondary apart.

Go Cardinals!!! 8)

Want Cards, think Steelers.

Like you said, if Warner has plenty of time in the pocket and plays like he did in 2000 SB, they might win.

I havent seen any games this year so am not worried who wins as I'm not sure who is the form team it's just that I'm home from work with a wonky knee.

I hope the halftime show is good. I'm pretty sure I just saw the ad with Candice Michelle in it. Nothing has been said of her or WWE with the superbowl unlike past years.

Should be an interesting last 6 minutes, are the Cards good enough?

I don't see the Steelers letting this slip though.

Tucsonans watching the Super Bowl got more action than they bargained for when a short clip from an adult movie channel interrupted Comcast’s feed with full male nudity during the final moments of the game.

Officials at Comcast said about 30 seconds from Club Jenna, an adult cable television channel, were shown on the local Super Bowl telecast. The company was still working Sunday night to figure out how it happened. …

The Star newsroom was flooded with calls from irate viewers who said that the porn cut into the game with less than three minutes left to play, just after Arizona Cardinals player Larry Fitzgerald scored on a touchdown pass from Kurt Warner to put the team in the lead.

Callers said that the clip showed a woman unzipping a man’s pants, followed by a graphic act between the two.

I reckon! Sometimes he went on for 5 minutes, meanwhile the team had scored a touchdown. I suppose he had to retire since his favourite player Brett Favre has also retired. God, no matter what teams were playing, Madden would always bring up Favre somehow..

London eyes bid to stage Super Bowl

London has launched an audacious bid to stage the Super Bowl within the next eight years, a move that would see the United States' biggest sporting event played overseas for a first time, the Sunday Telegraph has reported.

According to the paper, representatives from the Mayor of London's office and Visit London, the city's official visitor organisation, have received assurances from the NFL of a commitment to hold the event in London.

The NFL have already staged two sell-out regular season games at Wembley Stadium, with a third scheduled for this October.

"We are looking at 2014, 2015 or 2017," David Hornby, the commercial director for Visit London was quoted as saying.

Talks have been ongoing with the NFL, who have identified London as the outstanding candidate city to host the event outside of the United States.

The newspaper added the event could be worth 350 million pounds to the economy, although they also quote an unnamed NFL spokesman as saying: "The suggestions about London are only theoretical. There is no bid document."

However, Wembley Stadium commercial director Jonathan Gregory said: "We will do everything we can to work with the NFL and help bring this amazing event to London."

Meh. Still too expensive to go :x

They're thinking of expanding the season to 17-18 games as well :?

And Favre has officially been released by the Jets so if he wants to come back (again) he can  :? Vikings are the biggest rumour.

<3 NFL Oh how I miss thee.
