Main Event: Miz defeats Prime Time Players days out from WrestleMania

Miz defeats Prime Time Players The Miz overcame 2 opponents as he won his handicap match against the Prime Time Players this week on Main Event.

Under the pump with not 1 but 2 opponents, The Miz's chances of focusing on his handicap match against the Prime Time Players were damaged even more when Wade Barrett arrived at ringside and sat next to Michael Cole and JBL at the commentary booth. Miz relished having his WrestleMania opponent ringside, immediately almost locking in the figure 4 leg lock on Darryn Young before the Prime Time Player slide out of the ring to catch a break. As Titus O'Neil entered the match, Miz mocked the big mans dog bark, but may have regretted it as the power of O'Neil began to show itself.

The Prime Time Players tagged in and out of the match on regular occasions and managed to keep the speed of Miz halted. As Miz tried to fight back, he flung Young into the corner and then pointed directly at Wade Barrett, muttering "I will see you at WrestleMania Wade". O'Neil and Young quickly began taking control of The Miz however, but the number 1 contender for the Intercontinental Championship wouldn't be beaten, kicking Young hard in the head and sending him out of the ring, and unwilling to come back in.

The final RAW before WrestleMania XXIX saw the final moves in the mind games by the men going on towards the biggest matches of their careers at WWE's biggest show.  John Cena and The Rock said their final words about why they would each win the WWE Championship match, Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter continued to do all they could to distract World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio from the task at hand, and Dolph Ziggler, Big E. Langston and AJ Lee continued to show they had the upper hand over the WWE Tag Team Champions. But it was CM Punk and Paul Heyman who may've made the biggest impact of all, drilling deep into Undertaker's psyche with an act of disgraceful desecration.

The confusing AJ Styles was confronted by GM Hulk Hogan in the middle of the ring as the wrestling icon demanded answers for AJ's recent behaviour since returning to Impact Wrestling. AJ Styles arrived in the ring clutching an Aces & Eights jacket, forcing Hogan to force his friend to make a choice, join Aces & Eights, for be the one to finally take the group down. Before AJ could answer, Cowboy James Storm entered the arena. Storm claimed both he and AJ come down to the ring every night and perform simply for the love of the job, and questioned Style's decision to possibly join Aces & Eights, before accusing his friend of not being the same AJ Styles as before.

AJ Styles remained silent throughout Storm's address, and remained confusing, leaving fans wondering if he may indeed join Aces & Eights. Storm then ordered Styles to get out of the ring, or be knocked out. Without saying another word, AJ left the arena.
