Bea Priestley is back in Japan to compete in the annual Goddesses of Stardom Tag League.
The British-New Zealander will join forces with Stars stablemate Saya Iida in the Blue Goddesses block of the 16-team round-robin tournament, which kicks off tonight in Korakuen Hall.
Whichever duo wins the tournament—culminating November 30 on pay-per-view—will receive a match for the Goddesses of Stardom Championship, likely at December’s Dream Queendom event.
Goddesses of Stardom Tag League events will stream on Stardom World, both live and via VOD. Priestley’s live-streamed matches include:
- Priestley & Iida vs. AZM & Miyu Amasaki – Friday, November 7 (10:30pm NZDT)
- Priestley & Iida vs. Ami Sohrei & Lady C – Wednesday, November 12 (10:30pm NZDT)
- Priestley & Iida vs. Rina Yamashita & Suzu Suzuki – Saturday, November 15 (10pm NZDT)
- Priestley & Iida vs. HANAKO & ??? – Sunday, November 16 (9pm NZDT)
Priestley, who returned to Stardom earlier this year, should be considered a serious threat in the Goddesses of Stardom Tag League, having won in 2017. She also made the finals in 2018 and 2019, with a different partner each year. Priestley’s current partner, Saya Iida, won the 2024 Goddesses of Stardom Tag League.
