Aftershock Pro Wrestling (APW) makes its television debut with an hour-long special on Canterbury Television (CTV) tonight from 8pm.
The self-titled show, Aftershock Pro Wrestling, will introduce the Christchurch-based promotion to a wider audience as it chronicles the biggest happenings in APW over the last 12 months.
The show will also look forward to next Saturday with a preview of the next APW live event, Southern Stampede.
CTV is available on Freeview Channel 40, or can be streamed online via ctv.co.nz.
A replay of the show will air tomorrow, March 27, from 1.30pm.
Regular half-hour episodes of Aftershock Pro Wrestling will air on CTV from Saturday, April 9.
APW has played host to some of New Zealand’s top pro-wrestlers since its inception with homegrown talent like Hustla, Jax Kasey, and the Southern Wrecking Crew taking on imports from around the country including Charlie Roberts, James Shaw, and “Rufguts” Roddy Gunn.
