Ticket sales for Sakura Events On the Mat have been delayed again.
“Due to a mix up our tickets sales will be pushed back again,” reads a statement on the Sakura Events Facebook page. “We have been working hard with all parties involved to get these tickets ready, but delays do happen and we are very sorry that we keep announcing a date and it gets pushed back.”
Sakura Events did not immediately respond when asked for further comment.
Backstage meet-and-greet passes, which do not include event entry, and an exclusive Bullet Club VIP experience, are currently available from the Sakura Events website.
Regular tickets—ranging in price from $20 to $299 for an adult—are expected to finally go on sale some time next week.
There are currently 24 names announced for the On the Mat event, which is also expected to be available for streaming online. The likes of Bullet Club, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Kazuchika Okada will be joined by some of the biggest stars of Ring of Honor (ROH) including Jay and Mark Briscoe, reDRagon, and Matt Sydal.
