NZWPW announce Heretaunga Hellfire Card

D-Hoya and the #1 contender for his NZWPW Championship, JC Star, will team up to wrestle Jimmy Sparx and Rufguts in the main event of Heretaunga Hellfire, held this Friday at Heretaunga College in Upper Hutt.

The winning team will have a $1,000 donation to the Ray Barrett Trust made in their name. Will D-Hoya and JC Star cooperate in the name of charity, or will the Power Play main event cause friction between these two, allowing Jimmy Sparx and Rufguts to sneak a win?

Both the Circus of Tragedy and Misty have issued open challenges for Heretaunga Hellfire. Will anyone step up to answer them?

Misty feels she had been wronged by the fans who voted her third in the NZPWI People’s Choice Awards ‘Best Female’ category. As such, NZWPW’s dominant diva has put out a challenge for any female wrestler in New Zealand to step in the ring with her. Misty will wait in the ring for two minutes at Power Play, at the end of which she will declare herself the best female wrestler in the country. Will she have to wait for Power Play though, or will someone answer her challenge in Upper Hutt?

The Circus of Tragedy mugged Adam Avalanche at Bringing Down the House last month before making of with Infinite Avalanche’s tag team titles (which have since been vacated and removed from competition). Despite this, the bizarre trio consider themselves to be the rightful tag champs, and have issued a challenge to any other tag team for a title match. Will Adam Avalanche be looking for revenge? Will the NZWPW CWO even allow this match to take place? Find out this Friday, March 6, at Heretaunga Hellfire.

NZWPW Heretaunga Hellfire takes place at Heretaunga College on Ward Street in Upper Hutt this Friday, March 6. Click here for a map. Doors open at 7 with the first match commencing at 7.30pm. The card, which is subject to change, is as follows…
