McCracken responds - Breakdown Postponed!

IPW Commissioner Dion McCracken posted a video response on IPW's brand new website, in regards to Justin Lane's legal threats reported earlier this week to postpone the IPW Breakdown show.

"After speaking with our legal team, I've come to the decision that Breakdown will indeed be postponed to July 17th at Manurewa."

McCracken also issued a formal apology to Justin Lane and his client, the IPW Heavyweight Champion, Reuben de Jong, for the inconvenience IPW management has caused them. He also apologised to the IPW roster that was set to compete at Breakdown and the IPW fans for having to move the show.

In the wake of this change, McCracken announced that the IPW Heavyweight Championship will be defended against the former champion, "The One" Vinny Dunn, at the rescheduled event in what he billed "the most anticipated match in New Zealand pro wrestling history."

Last month at Genesis, a fatigued Vinny Dunn did everything he could to hang onto the gold when the 6"10' mammoth, Reuben de Jong, robbed him to become the new IPW Heavyweight champion.

On July 17th, 2010 "The One" Vinny Dunn will get his rematch at IPW Breakdown 2010. Can a fresh and focused Dunn defeat the 140kg monster or will de Jong unleash the beast within and prove he is no fluke champion?
